I need to improve my conversational english...

I can read and write perfectly (or at least I think so), but it's a bit difficult for me to understand clearly when a native english speaker talks in a fast way, I mean, in a very fluid, not paused way.

I've read in other thread that some people here reunites in Sabana to practice it, can you guys give me more info? Thanks.
