Porque la Marihuana es Ilegal?

quisiera saber sus opiniones del porque creen que la Marihuana es ilegal y desde hace cuanto es ilegal ?
 
Nunca he probado la marihuana, ni siquiera he probado un cigarrillo, pero no me explico como la marihuana sea ilegal y el cigarrillo no, cuando este último ha matado a millones de personas en el mundo...siempre he creído que la marihuana es ilegal y el cigarrillo no por cuestiones de racismo.

De todos modos desde mi perspectiva todas la drogas deberían legalizarse, pero eso no ocurrirá porque es un negociazo para buena parte de las autoridades.

Es ilegal, porque aun no se ponen de acuerdo del mecanismo a utilizar para convertirla en droga legal...

Algunos gobiernos permiten la venta de semillas, otros dan concesiones para el cultivo pero no para la venta o distribución, otros dejan que cada quien tenga un número limitado, etc....
Cómo con el Alcohol (En los tiempos de la prohibición en USA), estamos en un proceso de aceptación que será mucho más lento...

Ahora bien...
Todo el que piensa en marihuna, piensa en Un gran puro al mejor estilo del Bob...
Pero no todo en la Marihuana es fumar y andar muy loco...
Ente otros muchos usos industriales del cáñamo se destacan:
  • Fibras textiles, y cordajes, de gran resistencia. Fácil y ligero de llevar.

  • Semillas y aceites ricos en grasas (incluyendo omega 3) y proteínas (un 34% aproximadamente).

  • Biocombustibles, lubricantes y plásticos vegetales.


  • Celulosa para papel.

  • Aplicaciones medicinales y cosméticas de los aceites.

  • Materiales aislantes, piezas plásticas y textiles para automóviles de la marca Audi y BMW, entre otras.

Hay estudios que demuestran que consumir marihuana es peor que el cigarro, obviamente que consumiéndolos en las mismas cantidades, ambos pueden causar cáncer de pulmón y todos los demás. Además produce alucinaciones y lo saca de la realidad a uno, el tabaco no provoca ningún cambio mental.

Supongo que por ahí van las razones por la cual es ilegal.

Y si estoy de acuerdo o no con legalizarla, pues tengo sentimientos encontrados, el narcotráfico es un negociazo, legalizando la marihuana me imagino que para Hacienda sería una importante fuente de impuestos. Es una planta medicinal demostrada, baja el dolor en los pacientes con enfermedades terminales. Pero no sé, esos efectos que causa no me gustaría que los tuviera al alcance mi hermana menor o si tuviera hijos/sobrinos, lo pudieran probar.

To determine what sex a certain, normal, earthly plant is, you have to look internally, at its DNA. A male blade ************SPAM/BANNEAR************ grass (physically) looks exactly like a female blade ************SPAM/BANNEAR************ grass. The hemp plant has an intense sexuality. Growers know to kill the males before they fertilize the females. Yes, folks, the most potent pot comes from ‘horny females.’

The reason this amazing, very sophisticated, ET plant from the future is illegal has nothing to do with how it physically affects us.

Pot is illegal because billionaires want to remain billionaires!

p.s. I think the word ‘drugs’ should not be used as an umbrella-word that covers all chemical agents. Drugs have come to be known as something bad. Are you aware there are legal drugstores?! Yep, in every city. Unbelievable. Each so-called drug should be considered individually. Cannabis is a medicine and not a drug. We should dare to speak the truth no matter what the law is.

La marihuana es peor que el cigarro, y el cigarro no provoca ningun cambio mental????

Me gustaria saber donde estan esos estudios... han habido millones de personas que mueren y han muerto por el cigarrillo, jamas la marihuana tiene tantos componentes perjudiciales como los que tiene el cigarrillo, ni produce tanta dependencia!!!!

yo no se que fuma usted! pero a mi la mariguana no me pone mi cuarto a dar vualtas ni siquiera un acido(LSD) haria eso ! y ni me agarra esa payasa que dice usted pero bueno eso es lo que queria saber oir sus opiniones y compararlas !

Pero si ud compara como se ha sentido fumando ambos, tiene que aceptar que es diferente.
El cigarro ni se siente, en cambio con la marihuana uno si se siente distinto, como no sé, pero si se siente diferente.

Aclaro que no estoy defendiendo el cigarro.

Primero lo que usted leyo fue un articulo y no un estudio, que como muchos articulos periodisticos esta manipulados para llamar la atencion y no hacen manejo apropiado de los resultados...

El articulo dice:
"Un hallazgo que es interesante en el estudio -dice el doctor Luna- es que se encontró que la gente que sólo fumaba marihuana no padecía enfisema pulmonar".
"Lo cual es uno de los daños que produce el cigarrillo", agrega

Y luego dice:
"No debemos olvidar, sin embargo -señala el doctor Carlos Luna- que en general el tabaco sigue causando más daños en el mundo".
"Porque mucha más gente fuma tabaco y entre los que fuman marihuana nadie fuma las cantidades que se fuman de tabaco", concluye el experto.

La gente no consume tanta marihuana como los que consumen cigarillos por el simple motivo de que el cigarrillo es sumamente adictivo, y de eso sobran estudios.

Entonces su comentario de que se referia a que es consumiendo las mismas cantidades no tiene base alguna para efectos practicos, si acaso hipoteticos.

Ahora bien, el alcohol y el tabaco son legales y tienen muchos efectos negativos. Son muy altos porque los utiliza mucha gente y de forma compulsiva. La marihuana es menos compulsiva, tal vez por eso sus efectos negativos sean menores a nivel global.
 
Es claro que el consumo de su flor es la mayor razón para ser prohibida...

Pero cuando ¨ Políticamente ¨ se arreglen sus términos de venta, el mundo va a cambiar...

Y no me refiero a que todos podrían andar muy locos..
Si no, porque el consumo cómo droga solo implica tal vez un 30% o 40% de toda la planta...
El resto en cuestiones de droga se desecha...
estamos hablando de tal vez un 60% de la planta que podría ser utilizada en la industria...
Y es que desde el papel higiénico, hasta productos textiles...
La vara es multifacética...
